                                            Lacey was born in Hendon which is in london to Bev and Les Turner. Lacey was bought up in Borehamwood. she got two younger sisters called Daisy and Lily. 

Lacey went to primary school at Radlett Preparatory School, a private school located in Radlett. It was there that Lacey decided that she wanted to become an actress. when lacey was 10 she schooled at the Sylvia Young Theatre School but left after a year/ She has since revealed that she was bullied while at stage school, by children who teased her for being "geeky".Instead, she attended Peterborough and Saint Margarets School, a local girls private school in Stanmore in London, and went to dance, singing and acting classes outside school.

Where Lacey lived she could see the Queen Vic from her window and always wanted to be in Eastenders her dream come true when a week after Lacey left school was got the part of Stacey Slater which Lacey been in for the last four & half years. On her times as Stacey Slater she has won a number of Awards.
